I’m not sure how much more can be done. I’m unsure how much more arguing can accomplish. Apparently, very little. I’ve just finished reading a Newsday story, dated yesterday, and entitled “Serbs finally look Within.” The same mantra’s are repeated:
a) Serbs from Bosnia killed more than 7,500 defenseless Muslims at Srebrenica
Srebrenica was the headquarters of the 28th infantry division of the Bosnian Muslim army. A far cry from a group of defenseless Muslims. Keep in mind that, in the mid-90s, the figures given for the “massacre” started at 250,000, and included stories of rape camps and torture centers. Of course, all of that has been quietly abandoned. There is not a shred of evidence that Serbs killed anyone in this region not part of a combat operation. Srebrenica pitted Bosnian Serb irregulars against the Bosnian army. Bodies that have been found, for example by a major Spanish team of investigators, were men of combat age, in and out of uniform, on both sides.
b) This was the “single deadliest action in Europe since World War II.”
Even if the atrocity mythology were true, this comment, included in every single news source on the war, without exception (proving media monopoly and conspiracy), it is designed to cover over the post-World War II atrocities committed by the Red army in every country in eastern Europe. German women were raped and murdered in the hundreds of thousands at the hands of Red army personnel. “Operation Keelhaul,” the creation of Gen. Eisenhower, led to the slaughter of thousands of thousands of anti-communist Croatians, Serbs, Ukrainians and Russians after World War II. So the Regime is killing several birds here with one stone.
c) Anti-Muslim sentiment was stoked by Milosevic
I wonder if that has anything to do with the murders of Serbs in Kosovo in the 1980s and early 90s. I wonder if that has anything to do with the Islamic Declaration of the now-deceased Bosnian president Izetbegovic, calling for a pure Islamic state in Bosnia. Keep in mind that Izetbegovic was openly supported by the likes of Paddy Ashdown and the NATO system n general throughout the war. I wonder if this has anything to do with the Bosnian Muslims volunteering for SS duty during World War II and committing atrocities against Serbs during that war?
Why are the Serbs hated? I mean, even to the point of systematically ignoring the endless atrocities committed against Serbs throughout the centuries, and especially in the 19th and 20th. I refuse to believe that it is entirely based on the present constellation of political and economic power in the world. Of course that is extremely significant, but there is much more to it. In the Islamic sphere, for example, there is much anti-Islamic bias in the western press, but there is also a substantial level of liberal opinion that argues against any sort of anti-Islamic bias. Anti-Islamic “hate crimes” are widely reported and condemned by liberal and conservative alike. And yet, hate crimes against Serbs are ignored, as the church burnings in Chicago in the mid-90s, as well as the destruction of Serb cultural monuments in Bosnia and Kosovo are today. Only Serbian websites have covered these with any depth. Therefore, a deeper meaning to the hatred must be uncovered.
As much as economics are important, there has always been a rather deep gorge between East and West. The old British demarcation of Europe into Occidental and Oriental spheres still lives on. In fact, that Slavs remain the only group that it is somewhat socially acceptable to openly hate. In the 19th and 20th century, the Serbs have had many attempts on their collective life to suffer: they were herded into camps by the Hungarians, slaughtered by Ottomans, murdered en masse by the Croat Ustase and Bosnian Muslim SS units, assaulted daily in Kosovo today, slaughtered almost to extinction by the Germans during World War II and decimated by the Red Army as already mentioned during “Operation Keelhaul.” There is no other group that is even remotely comparable to this. So again, the question repeats itself: Why?
The primary reason is ideological: the Serbs represent everything the virtual empire hates. Serbs are strongly agrarian, very Orthodox and very communal. Serbs remain very distrustful (however sullenly passive at the moment) and have a strong record of defeating (western) powers far more significant than themselves. Serb social and political history reads as one long ideological nightmare for the west: the unity of the warrior ethic with that of the monastic, unified into a single ethnic nexus based around resistance and independence. Milosevic was recreating, perhaps against his own wishes, the militancy of an ethnic and Orthodox state aimed at the west, both ideologically and militarily.
Serbia proves the smug west wrong about the past on nearly every single point: the agrarian life can produce a militarily strong power as well as the mechanized and industrial can. The middle ages were a time of libertarian socialism and ethnic communalism, not despotism. Ethnic togetherness and unity can defeat a more powerful, but less unified neighbor. Monarchy has nothing to do with unlimited power, but centers around unlimited responsibility.
Serbian history revolves around ethnic unity, agrarianism and the church, specifically the monastics. This makes Serbs the intrinsic enemy of the west, capitalism, Marxism and every other artificial “ism” that has been imposed on the Serbs throughout her history. The west was shocked a few years ago when the Radicals won the elections, forcing the west to shut them down–or else.
Religiously, Serbs has stood in the way of Vatican penetration into the Balkans for centuries. She remains a bulwark against the sick American evangelicals, New Agers and other trendy and profitable religious mentalities emanating from the west. In other words, she is a regular inconvenience that will not go away, and thus, the west uses the last arrow in her quiver, slander and military attack. Of course, this attack needed to be done, by the Air Force, at 30,000 feet. Serbian infantry, tucked away in the mountains, would have made mincemeat of the green and arrogant American forces, as the Iraqi resistance is presently doing today in the Mideast, and under less cover that Serbia has.
So at present, Serbia is ruled by puppets, nearly all western educated, precisely the case in Iraq, and Serbia served as a test case for the Iraqi adventure. But, we can al take heart, when the regime forces American yuppies to pay $3 a gallon for gas, all the flag waving will suddenly stop.
The Regime has now reached new heights of cynicism, self-righteousness and pomposity. This “revelation” of the tape made at what purports to be Srebrenica has, of course, the marks of the System all over it.
It’s not so much that I think the tapes to be fakes, but just that they’re irrelevant. This sort of thing happens every day in every war that has ever taken place, anywhere. There is no context, no continuity on the edited images on the tape.
It is a tape of a priest blessing the security services, an age-old custom, and, then, a quick edit to a place that the Regime says is Srebrenica. The addition of the priest proves its System origin, for they have, for years, attempted to link the Church with what they call “genocide.”
The trial of Slobodan Milosevic has ended, with the former president effectively shredding all comers. In other words, the Regime at the Hague got nothing. The trial was a failure from the prosecution’s point of view.
Suddenly, the tape appears.
On Friday night, when the wire reports came over the web, the stories were identical. Whether in the Guardian or the American press, the wording and the phraseology were the same. In other words, it was a script. The general point is that the Serbs were slowly getting off the hook. The trial ended in failure. Serbia, wrongly, cooperated with the Regime in handing over “war criminals.” The excavations at Srebrenica showed nothing. There were no “mass graves” and the dead found were combat age males, of both Serbian and Islamic background. Several major forensic examinations were made of the dead found, the most noteworthy being done at the behest of the Spanish government. All deaths examined were combat deaths. The allegations of “massacres” at Srebrenica were the creation of the Bosnian Muslim government, who caused the war in the first place by declaring all of Bosnia an Islamic state.
Keep in mind one thing: the Regime rules primarily via images. Therefore, the 1990s and today are the dawn of the “age of the cryptosphere,” where the simple manipulation of images with the repetitive drum of official interpretations creates reality. Villains and “good guys” are created out of this manipulation of images today, through the employment of Washington and New York based public relations firms. The Bosnian Muslims (as well as the Albanians) used the famous and utterly unscrupulous Ruder-Finn Corporation out of New York.
This crass use of images in the Yugoslav conflict was mocked in the well-done (1998) Dustin Hoffman film, Wag the Dog.
Now, this film, as pleasant as it was to watch, was not about “exposing” anything. The people who made the film are as much manipulators of the cryptosphere as anyone else allied with the System. It was a mockery of the public. The people who made this film know that Americans will generally believe anything, even when the falsity of it is shoved in their face after the fact. This notion of mocking the public is not a recent invention, but goes back to the documents of 19th century Freemasonry, uncovered and explicated by James Shelby Downard and taken up by former AP reporter Michael Hoffman of Idaho.
The System, once it has complete control over the flow of information, will gradually reveal itself to the public, that is, it will manifest itself. If the System successfully does this, with no serious response, then its control is complete.
This is no crazy conspiracy theory, but is the very stuff of “public relations” and related fields well funded by both government and academia. This is serious psychology, discussed in dense journals by some of the biggest names in the field. Normally, this sort of manipulation is used by advertising firms to sell products, and billions have been spent on it, but it is only a short ride from Walmart to social alchemy. The same principles are used. The Islamic movements of Albania understood this, and quickly hired the best in the business with money appearing from out of nowhere.
Back to the tapes.
All that is seen is 12 young combat age makes being executed by police in the midst of a bloody guerilla war. The fact that those executed have no uniforms means nothing, as many combatants in the Yugoslav conflict did not wear uniforms, as guerrillas normally don’t. There is every reason to believe they were combatants, and that this was a revenge killing of some kind.
But understand this use of subtle manipulation here. The Guardian says this: “ The tape is also the “smoking gun,” for it is the final, incontrovertible proof of Serbia's part in the Srebrenica massacres in which more than 7,500 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were murdered.” I’m still not sure how a tape showing the execution of 12 men proves that Serbs murdered 7,500 Bosnian Muslim men. In the cryptosphere, it does. Keep in mind that back in the mid-90s, the System had their papers saying that 500,000 were killed (many by mass raping), then 100,000. The 7,500 figure is of recent origin and the raping part was dropped.
The worst part of all concerning this pontificating of the Regime is the fact that this tape, showing nothing of consequence, completely erases the daily treatment of Serbs in the same manner. Serbs have been driven out of most of Bosnia and Croatia. Operation Storm, funded by the United States, drove Serbs out of their ancestral territory of the Kraijna (or borderland). It papers over the fact that the Serbs, the only fighters for independence from Turkish rule throughout the early 20th century, have been fighting the most unscrupulous group of guerrillas known to man. The KLA and its successors is funded by prostitution, drug running and extortion (including of their own Albanians). The Bosnian Muslim armies were funded by an unholy alliance of Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United States.
The Serbs, fighting for their lives, seeing thousands of Serbs driven from their homes, were helped by no one. The execution of real Serb civilians was a daily exercise by Muslims and Croats; then on Muslims by Croats, and then Croats by Muslims.
Ruder-Finn (do you guys get the wordplay here?) was broadcasting the most filthy lies and slanders I have ever heard about a single group of people in my lifetime. The Serbs were alone, and the Bosnian Muslims made it no secret that a unified, Islamic Bosnia was their goal, thereby declaring war on the Serb population. The Regime, however, assumes correctly that only a handful of specialists would ever know this, and that even among some of them, only few would care.
Millions of Serbs were killed or driven from their homes in Bosnia and Kosovo. The handful of Serbs left in Kosovo need a police escort to go grocery shopping, when they have money to go. The Albanians who control the utilities shut down power regularly only in Serbian areas. But in the world of the cryptosphere, it does not exist.
Serbia was and is fighting for its life, after no fewer than three attempts to exterminate the Serb population in the 20th century (Turkey, Germany, Croatia). Serbia was fighting a brutal guerilla war against lavishly funded and supported enemies who publically declared their goal was to destroy Serbs and their homes and churches. Whose afraid of Holocaust denial?
Serbs have been completely dehumanized by the Regime, and this dehumanization represents the very apogee of capitalist, post-modern liberal democracy and the people to really control it.
The death of Slobodan Milosevic, without surprise, brought out a set of vituperative cliche’s among the kept whore-reporters of the Regime. The entire edifice of propaganda against Serbia and Milosevic (or any Serbian nationalist whatever) was built entirely on lies, myths and stories that justified the war against the strategically placed country led by Clinton, Soros and Albright in the 1990s.
The Regime is a global coalition of economic, media, academic and government elites who have as their general end the imposition of cosmopolitan, bourgeois liberalism throughout the world, with the further end of solidifying their control, and, as is closely related, to remove the more powerful platforms of any form of resistance. Therefore, the main enemy of the Regime is nationalism, of whatever kind, unless it is politically useful, such as in Ukraine.
The Regime was worried about Serbia for a number of reasons, 1) she is strategically located astride the oil pipeline routes from south Russia and Central Asia, in other words, she is the Belarus of the South, in energy terms. 2) People like Milosevic were creating a system that was the nightmare of Regime elites: a social, nationalist government that was non-communist, but based on a strongly ethnic and national vision of economics and wealth distribution. 3) Serbia has a reputation of being a country capable of living their national life under the most extreme of circumstances, and regularly throwing a monkey wrench into the great-power games in the region such as Austria-Hungary and Germany in WWI, Byzantium in the middle ages, Germany in WWII, Islam throughout its history, the Vatican and the British, at one time or another. Serbia has always, in other words, been an “inconvenient” country for the Regime throughout its history. 4) Kosovo is the wealthiest area in Europe, in that it sits upon a massive store of mineral wealth that reminds one f the pompous cliche’s thrown at South Africa in the 1980s, and for the same reason.
Therefore, the Regime began a propaganda campaign designed to assault, humiliate and eventually eliminate everything Serbian. “Serbian” and “evil” were synonymous in the popular, journalistic and academic mind, without even the slightest critical thought among establishment sources. Of course, there is little reason to repeat the notion that American, democratic foreign policy is a fraud, designed solely to promote the needs of the Regime in general, following no real principle except that.
As far as Regime propaganda was concerned, Milosevic was a perfect target. One of the major props in the Regime’s method of control is the creation of “opposing” parties aiming at the same goal. Therefore, in America, the Republicans an Democrats have the identical end goals, but differ on means to achieve it. Those with differing priorities are labeled “extremists” and exiled to the fringes of American politics, forced to maintain websites like this one. With Milosevic, he could be demonized to the right because he was a part of the old Titoist establishment, and can be demonized to the left because he was a “nationalist” of sorts. The same was done with Hussein in Iraq and Lukashenko in Belarus, though the plan was less successful with people like Mossadeq in Iran a generation ago, or Chavez in Venezuela now. Either way, Milosevic was the perfect man to demonize to the alienated and confused American public, whatever their pre-packaged political “opinions” are.
As there are excellent commentaries floating around the web right now on this case, such as the excellent piece by Nebosja Malic on antiwar.com, or another good essay by Paul Craig Roberts, I will dispense with the list of complete lies told by the talentless, kept and sleazy journalism corps that normally is assigned to these sorts of stories. I strongly urge you to consult their work to get a line by line recitation of these myths and fables. But one thing is important to know: Milosevic was murdered. He was murdered because he was a standing embarrassment to the Regime’s court in the Netherlands, created by NATO on orders from Madeline Albright and Bill Clinton. Milosevic systematically refuted the stories told by his opponents, mostly heresay in the first place, and became such a threat that the court needed to shout him down at critical moments in his testimony. Further, they tried to impose counsel on him, against his right to defend himself, a choice he made given his intimate knowledge of the events he was being tried for. Later, once his initial accusations were unprovable by the court, they invented new ones, and thus dragged the trial on for years. Four years, to be exact, an not one shred of direct proof to convict Milosevic, even under the crooked conditions of the Regime’s own court.
Everyone knew that Milosevic had a heart condition, but everyone also knew that the prison authorities were not always providing him with his medicine. He was kept under harsh conditions, kept in solitary confinement with bright lights shining 24-hours, with every move watched and monitored by cameras. He was denied meetings with counsel and with many helpful defense witnesses, and not permitted the use of computers. Eventually, he was reduced to writing parts of his defense on tiny scraps of paper and even his hand. After four years and no conviction, the prosecution’s case falling apart, and with Milosevic embarrassing the Regime for its hypocrisy and lies, suddenly, his doctors, during a routine check-up, found a foreign substance, known as rifampicin, in his system. This is a very rare prescription drug used to treat lepers–with all its interesting symbolism–but also is known to interfere with other kinds of medication, specifically, those used to treat heart problems and high blood pressure. Milosevic, having never heard of this before, was quick to tell the truth, they were poisoning him, hoping that his history of heart problems will shield the Regime from any responsibility. He begged to be sent to a hospital in Russia to be treated, but the Regime refused, even if he was to be under guard. He believed that he would be safe in Russia, and also would better be able to understand the doctor’s language, rather than being in a local, Dutch-speaking hospital.
Milosevic died on March 11, clearly the victim of poisoning. The Regime’s cover story was as sick as their agenda: Milosevic had managed to sneak this bizarre drug in through four extremely tight security checkpoints, and poisoned himself in full view of the 24-hour guards and security cameras. Never mind the fact that when he did get his medicine, it was dispensed by a guard and was taken only in front of him, as if he was not being watched enough. This clumsy story clearly proves the Regime’s guilt, but it also proves that little can be done at this juncture, and thereby ritualizes the Regime’s power for all to see: the “lepers” will be “cleansed” from our midst. The Regime can murder with impunity, and, keep in mind, this occurs just a few hours before the start of the Belarussian presidential election, where another [international] “leper” was clearly going to win. The problem is, that most readers of this page are lepers too.
